Your job as a Billing Manager

We are seeking a Billing Manager to oversee and manage our billing process, ensure invoice accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams.

• Billing Management: Prepare, verify, and issue invoices.
• Quality Control: Ensure accuracy and resolve billing errors.
• Coordination: Collaborate with sales and finance teams.
• Dispute Management: Handle and resolve billing-related claims.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on billing status and receivables.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting and tax regulations.
• Administrative Support – to support administrative functions such as reporting and maintaining CRM information

Your talent as a Billing Manager

You have :

• A degree in Accounting or Finance,
• At least 3 years’ experience in billing management,
• Good knowledge of the Windows environment, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Experience with hiring, training, an R&D s
